LIMMEX Real Estate operates “LMX auto post”, an internal business automation
used to publish and manage property listing content on Facebook Pages owned
or administered by LIMMEX Real Estate.
1. Information processed
The application may process:
– Facebook Page identifiers and Page names
– Facebook post identifiers and post links
– Property listing captions, listing codes and property information
– Property listing images supplied by LIMMEX Real Estate
– System execution logs, timestamps and error messages
– Business administrator information required to operate the application
The application is not intended to provide a public consumer login service
and does not sell personal information.
2. How information is used
Information is processed only to:
– Publish property listing content to LIMMEX Facebook Pages
– Update or remove existing Page posts
– Verify post status and links
– Recover listing images used in company-owned Page posts
– Maintain security, operational logs and error records
3. Sharing of information
Information may be processed by:
– Meta Platforms, through the Facebook Graph API
– Google Workspace services used internally by LIMMEX Real Estate
– Authorized LIMMEX Real Estate personnel and service providers
LIMMEX Real Estate does not sell information processed through this application.
4. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate
the automation, maintain records, investigate errors, meet security needs and
comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Security
Access tokens and system configuration are restricted to authorized personnel.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect the
information processed by the application.
6. Your rights and data deletion
Requests relating to access, correction or deletion of information may be
submitted using the instructions at:
