Data Deletion Instructions for LMX auto post
LIMMEX Real Estate respects requests relating to personal information processed
through “LMX auto post”.
To request deletion of information associated with the application, please
send an email to:
limmex.realestate@gmail.com
Use the email subject:
LMX auto post – Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name
- The Facebook Page or account involved, where applicable
- Any relevant Facebook post link or listing code
- A description of the information you want deleted
- Information reasonably necessary for us to verify the request
After verification, LIMMEX Real Estate will locate and delete or anonymize
eligible information under its control, except where retention is required
for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or legitimate record-keeping.
The application does not provide a public consumer account system. Removing
a Facebook connection does not automatically delete records already held by
the application, so please contact us using the email above when deletion is required.
